Article VIII 1.
c. If it is impracticable for the members of the said Committee to meet in person, the Committee may meet by means of a telephone conference or equivalent to which all such members are connected or of which all shall have waived notice.
Modify to make explicit voting via email
c. If it is impracticable for the members of the said Committee to meet in person, the Committee members may use electronic mail, web-based meeting locations, voice conferencing, or other electronic media to exchange communications and vote on any item that could be proposed at a Regular Meeting. A final summarized email with motion to be voted on will be sent to all Executive Committee members by the Chairman and simple majority will enable the motion to carry. The Secretary will include the Synopsis email/communication sent from the Chairman and vote totals in the minutes.
