MEMBER REGISTRATION

Registration includes coffee breaks, professional development sessions, exhibit hall access, exhibit hall ribbon cutting, brunch, hospitality night, the Governor’s Reception, the Spouses Luncheon, and the States Dinner.

Registration fee for all members, spouse, and additional guests is $200 per person. Price increases to $250 effective July 29, 2026.

NGAMA will reserve a room in the Massachusetts hotel block on your behalf. You will be asked to provide a credit card upon check-in to the hotel. The credit card provided at check-in will be used as payment for all charges.

Starting Thursday, August 6, if you need to change or cancel your room reservation, you must call the hotel directly. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your scheduled arrival date. Canceling your reservation less than 72 hours prior to your arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax charges.

Registration Cancellation Policy – Refunds, less a $15.00 administrative fee, will be granted for requests received in writing prior to 11:59 PM EDT on July 15, 2026. Email cancellation requests to [email protected]. All refunds will be processed following the conclusion of the conference. Beginning July 16, 2026, all sales are final.
